Alteration and Addition

Roger Gilchrist Building has been involved in many alterations and additions including a long history of working with educational institutes to create new and exciting teaching spaces with modern facilities and services. Our experience ranges from small kitchen alterations and bathroom upgrades through to large alterations incorporating structural strengthening and complete interior fit-outs.

Often more difficult than a new build, alterations and additions require specific skills to ensure that new structure and finishes a well blended with existing to ensure a high level of finish. This skill set has been developed by our team over the years and we enjoy the challenges presented when working to enhance an existing structure.
